Welcome. The showroom at American Canyon is a division of General Plumbing Supply Inc. which was founded in 1965, in Walnut Creek, California, by Richard Amaro Sr. and Evelyn Amaro. Some 40 plus years later, the company still maintains it’s corporate headquarters in Walnut Creek, and is still a family owned and operated business.
Located at the gateway to the Napa Valley American Canyon is the newest location in the GPS family. GPS-AC opened its doors in 1998 as a supply house for the plumber as has continued to grow into a full service supply house. In 2009 we introduced our Showroom where homeowners and contractors can find many of the finest products available in the decorative plumbing industry today. In addition to extensive displays of a variety of products GPS-AC offers an extensive inventory, both onsite and at our sister branches throughout northern California . This allows us to provide to our customers a huge selection of products at competitive prices. Experienced staff will help you find just what you’re looking for and get it for you when you need it.
